~Order Policy~
All items are handmade,  made-to-order, on a first come-first serve basis by me to ensure they meet your specifications and needs. I don't sacrifice quality for time! If you have any concerns or know you need your item(s) sooner, please e-mail me directly BEFORE you order and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.  Most orders are filled within one (1) week, but it can take up to three (3) weeks for an order to be filled, depending on what the order is, how many orders are ahead of yours and time of year.  I am super busy from August through January, so please allow up to three weeks processing before your item(s) are shipped during that time.

~Return Policy~
My goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.  You will have 30 days from the time your item(s) are shipped to contact me with any issues and/or concerns.  Shipping charges are none refundable & customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

~Cancellation Policy~
Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled if it has not been started, usually within the first 24 hours. 

~Conditions of Use~
Never leave a young child unattended while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard.  Our products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Lil Bitty Bowtique accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
 
~Privacy Policy~
Your Privacy is very important to us! 
Lil Bitty Bowtique respects our customers privacy.  The information you provide us will be used solely by only us, to process your orders.  We will not distribute, display, or sell any part of your information you entrust in us, to third parties.
 
~Wholesale / Resale Policy~                                                                          Currently our products are not available for wholesale or resale. By purchasing from Lil Bitty Bowtique you agree that you will not resell our products in your own physical or online boutique, store, ebay store, market or any other likeness.
